A dividing attachment facilitates the machining of gear teeth and non-concentric patterns. We supply this assembly with two dividing discs, 40 teeth and 48 teeth, enabling standard divisions of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 40, and 48.
The spindle of the attachment is identical to that of The PD 230/E lathe. Separately available is a 3-jaw or 4-jaw chuck which may be fitted to it. The attachment can be fitted to the lathe's cross slide or to the mill's bed.
