Unlike inferior machines fabricated from tubular profiles or sheet metal construction, the housing of this band saw is made from solid, ribbed die-cast aluminium.

Double-ball-bearing aluminium pulleys ensure smooth running, and the sturdy machined table has a slot for the mitre gauge or fence.

The machine can be adjusted to take our many different sawblade styles and widths, and coolant can be fed through a tube for use with diamond blades. The triple-ball-bearing blade guide with coolant channel is included! The entire table tilts through 45 degrees for accurate mitre sawing.

A quiet, high quality motor is used to run the toothed-belt drive to the blade, permitting prolonged operation. The electronic controller lets you choose the appropriate blade speed for accurate cutting, and a reference table is included on the case.

With a standard blade size of 0.4mm x 5.0mm, this band saw is ideal for fine work, and allows cutting of small radii.
